Dale has over 20 years experience in financial services and is CeMap qualified. Having started his career as a mortgage underwriter in residential mortgages for GMAC RFC. Over the last 8 years he was Funding Manager for All Saints Construction delivering over £150m in Development Finance, Bridging Finance, Commercial Finance, Mezzanine Finance and Development Exit Finance. He liaises with the Clients, Funder's Business Development Managers and Solicitors to ensure that the Client has the best customer service and products that fits their needs.His experience has ranged from Development Finance Ground up, Student Accommodation, BTL's, HMO, Bridging, Second Charge Funding, Loan term Commercial Finance Loans and Exit Strategies for Clients.
Tony Morrin
Having worked in the Financial Services sector for over 25 years both running a large financial sales Team and as an IFA running a practice. I was then approached by an award winning Residential Developer to run their UK sales department, appointing and supporting strategic partners globally across Asia, Middle East and the UK. Responsible for over £150 million worth of gross development sales, incorporating both overseas and UK sales, fostering successful relationships with global agents, strategic partners and financial institutions involved in development with in the rental and investment sector.
